What happens when I'm too late?
 

If during your trip you find out, that you cannot (or do not want to) return the car at the foreseen time call our reservation service before the end of the reservation. There you can prolong your reservation without problems, provided the car is not reserved already by somebody else. If it is reserved already please prolong the reservation just when it is absolutely necessary. In this case you'll have to pay a delay fee of 15 Euro plus the additional time price. These 15 Euro will be forwarded as reimbursement to the customer who could not use his reserved car.
